When has anyone ever said, "You eat TOO many veggies!" 🤣 Let's be honest... you can't ever have too many vegetables!

This 🥦 we're giving you some tips on how to add more plant-based protein to your day!

1️⃣ Add a boost of protein to your favorite superfood smoothie or handcrafted bowl with any of these delicious ingredients 👉 goji berries, h**p seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, h**p hearts, plant-based protein, peanut butter, almond butter, or housemade cashew milk

2️⃣ Eat more kale & spinach 👏 These nutritious veggies also contain a good amount of protein!
🌱 Kale (1 cup raw = 2 grams protein)
🌱 Spinach (1 cup raw = 1 gram protein)

Lettuce 🥬 eat more veggies then!
