From day one, we believed that if we were going to serve the best ice cream around, Bliss Artisan, our toppings couldn’t be an afterthought. Every sauce is made from scratch to perfectly complement every scoop.

Our lineup includes: (starting at the top and moving right)
• Red Raspberry – smooth and seedless.
• Cherry – with a hint of almond extract to
enhance the cherry flavor.
• Strawberry – our very first sauce, perfected
with just the right balance of strawberries and
sauce.
• Blueberry – finished with a touch of cinnamon

Attention, ice cream lovers!

Canal Creamery will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, so our crew can celebrate the holiday with family and friends.

Don’t panic—we’ve warned everyone to keep all fingers, hands, and ice cream scooping muscles in one piece. We expect the entire team back and ready to serve on Sunday.

We’ll be open Sunday from 2:00–8:00 PM, ready to make up for lost scooping time.

Have a safe and happy Fourth of July, and we’ll see you Sunday!
