🌾 🦞 Rice harvest is almost over… and you know what that means! One step closer to next year’s crawfish season!!!!

Who’s ready?!

We drain these fields to harvest the rice, and the crawfish bury down in the ground like this little guy. Come October when it cools off, we re-irrigate the fields, the crawfish come back out of the ground, and start populating for next crawfish season!

•we also want to apologize for those who waited in the LONG line & didn’t get to receive crawfish! We dropped the price as a customer appreciation (or so we thought) and it was WAY more than we expected. We understand the frustration & are truly sorry about the situation!
