Hello friends, family, and pizza lovers. Typically I would only share business and pizza on this platform but today I unfortunately will be sharing with you my brother in-law who was in a terrible accident. I will share what a fellow friend of Adrian wrote and I will also share a bit from my experience knowing Adrian. He’s a great man, great father, and leader. He’s always including others, helping others, and leading by example. I know he will be okay because I know who he is but sometimes everyone needs a little uplifting and help.
Thank you.
I quote from a post of ( Bryan Courtney ) - “Adrian spent 11 years as a United States Marine, including deployments to Iraq in 2007 and Afghanistan in 2009. He’s also a husband, father of two, and the dad who coaches his son’s basketball team and teaches his children shot put and discus.
A spinal cord injury has changed everyday life, leaving Adrian with very limited use of his hands and facing the likelihood of long-term wheelchair use. He’s preparing for intensive rehabilitation through the VA in Chicago, with repeated travel from Lafayette, fuel, meals, accessibility equipment, and possible home modifications ahead.
The campaign has already reached just over a fifth of its goal in eight days. Thank you to the 16 people who’ve helped Adrian’s family begin this road forward. If you can, please visit our GoFundMe page to contribute toward rehabilitation travel and a safe, accessible home. 🙏 “
