It’s Thursday and that means oysters and wine pairing!

This week’s featured oyster is the Murder Point Oyster from Bayou La Batre, Alabama. Raised by a fifth-generation fishing family, these Gulf Coast oysters have earned a devoted following for their deep cups, plump texture, and signature “butter love” character—rich, creamy, lightly briny, and finishing with a subtle sweetness.

We’re pairing them with Lagar de Cervera Pazo de Seoane from Spain’s Rías Baixas region. This vibrant Galician white blend offers aromas of white flowers, citrus, and orchard fruit, while bright acidity and a distinct saline minerality echo the Atlantic coast where the grapes are grown. Expect notes of grapefruit, green apple, white peach, and a long, refreshing finish.

Perfect patio weather, fresh oysters, AND we’re offering our Wine Wednesday wines for $6/glass.

See you tonight!

Harvested from the cold, clean waters of the Hood Canal, Cranberry Creek oysters are known for their plump texture, bright salinity, and crisp finish.

These West Coast oysters offer a crisp, moderate brininess with earthy mineral notes and a slight honeydew melon finish.

In the glass, Le Vaglie Verdicchio delivers vibrant citrus, green apple, white peach, and delicate almond notes, supported by refreshing acidity and a distinctive mineral character. Produced in the renowned Castelli di Jesi zone along Italy’s Adriatic coast, it’s a classic expression of one of Italy’s great seafood wines.

It’s Thursday and that means oyster night! Tonight we’re bringing together two coastal treasures: Boomamoto oysters and Mokoroa Getariako Txakolina.

Boomamoto oysters are raised in the cold, nutrient-rich waters of the East Coast. Tthey offer a balanced brininess with notes of sweet cream, cucumber, and a clean, refreshing finish.

To pair, we’re pouring Mokoroa Getariako Txakolina from Spain’s Basque Coast.

Produced in the Getariako Txakolina appellation overlooking the Bay of Biscay, this vibrant white wine bursts with flavors of green apple, lemon zest, white peach, and fresh herbs. Bright acidity, a subtle natural spritz, and a distinct saline minerality make it one of the world’s great oyster wines.
