This was our very first pop-up sale in Empanada Guy Lafayette history, in collaboration with one of our favorite local stores in Acadiana, GRAZE ACADIANA ! 🧡🥟

I just found this picture in my gallery, and it brought back so many memories.

It’s been 1 year and 8 months since we opened our location, and looking back at where we started makes me feel incredibly blessed and grateful.

We’ve worked so hard to get here—not just me, but every single person who has been part of our team along the way. But none of this would have been possible without y’all.

Acadiana, you have supported us since day one. You gave our empanadas a chance, told your friends about us, came back again and again, and helped us grow into what Empanada Guy is today.

Sometimes you’re so busy working that you forget to stop and look back at how far you’ve come.
