Every empanada has a story 🧡
This box brings together two of our favorites.

🥟 Classic Chicken is a little piece of my hometown in Lafayette. The recipe was generously shared with me by the family behind the best empanada shop in my hometown in Argentina, so I could share those same flavors with y'all. 😍

🌽 Jalapeño Corn was born completely by accident. One of our best friends, Amanda, made her famous jalapeño corn dip for a friendsgiving get-together. The next morning, a little hungover, we had leftover dip and some empanada dough. We had friends staying over, so we wrapped the dip inside the dough, baked them, and couldn't believe how good they were. We tweaked the recipe to make it perfect as an empanada, and the rest is history.

Today, these two flavors share one box—each with a different story, but both made to bring people together. ❤️
