The Juneteenth Celebration Committee is honored to recognize Overseer Willie Eva Hicks and Chosen Generation Worship Center International for their outstanding dedication to ministry, leadership, and community service.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Alabama, Overseer Hicks answered God's call by beginning with street ministry, reaching people where they were. What started as a passion for sharing the Gospel grew into a Bible study and eventually became Chosen Generation Worship Center International, a thriving ministry that has faithfully served the community for more than 25 years.

Through her leadership, countless lives have been impacted through preaching, teaching, outreach, and community empowerment. Overseer Hicks is not only a respected spiritual leader, but also an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and mentor who continues to inspire others to pursue their God-given purpose.
Join us as we celebrate and honor Overseer Willie Eva Hicks and Chosen Generation Worship Center International during the Juneteenth Parade for their lasting impact on Lafayette and the surrounding communities.

What started as a dream has become reality! Through hard work, determination, and the amazing support of my community, I've purchased my very own lemonade trailer. Now the renovation journey begins!

From serving refreshing lemonade at festivals, community events, and celebrations to inspiring other young entrepreneurs, this mobile trailer will help me reach more people than ever before.

I am raising funds to complete renovations and get the trailer fully road-ready. Every purchase, share, booking, and donation helps bring this dream to life!

Mr. Fletcher Carr:

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Fletcher Carr is a faithful servant of God and a dedicated member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, where he proudly serves as a deacon. For an incredible 57 years, Mr. Fletcher faithfully served the community as a school bus driver for the Chambers County School System, safely transporting generations of students and leaving a lasting impact on countless families throughout the area.

Known and respected by many, Mr. Fletcher has built a legacy grounded in faith, service, and compassion. His unwavering dedication to his family, church, and community reflects the values he holds dear. Through his leadership, kindness, and commitment to helping others, Mr. Fletcher continues to be a beacon of hope and inspiration to all who know him. His life stands as a testament to the transformative power of love, integrity, and a lifetime of selfless service.

Our Juneteenth Vendor Applications will close TODAY!

To secure your spot, please submit your completed application and vendor fee by the end of business today. Vendor fees will not be accepted on the day of the event.

If you have submitted an application but have not paid your vendor fee, your name will be removed from the vendor roster and your space will not be reserved.

We sincerely appreciate the overwhelming support, feedback, and participation we’vAlesha Jenae Presleye are excited to come together as a community to celebrate Juneteenth with love, fellowship, unity, and fun for all!
