Yesterday I had a wonderful customer put in a special request. The request was to hold the rice but add the butterchicken on my Khaman aka cornbread. Now I have a lot of customers that purchase cornbread to eat it as a side but this...1st time for me. This plate is what ya wanna call a super protein plate! Carbs are still there but more protein since no rice. Who am I to tell ya what ya can and can't order. I know I'm not Burger King but you can definitely have it your way at Tha Curry Man 😎

Round 2 with Spice Wing in Lagrange...

This time I tried the curry chicken curry on boneless wings. I also tried my green chutney,( cilantro, green chili's & garlic base).

Both turned out better then expected 🤯🤌🏾

Thanks again Anil for letting me experiment and collab with you! Ladies and gents...stay tuned because it'll definitely be up for grabs one day. Gonna see if I can park the food truck outside Spice Wing Downtown LaGrange and collab with them soon to feed everyone!

What am I up to 🤔 Went on over to Spice Wing Downtown LaGrange to see my friend Anil. I had an idea and wanted to experiment.

Most of y'all know of, or have tried my Curry Chicken...I was thinking to myself, "how can I incorporate mamma's love into wings?"
I simply got the curry I use in Curry Chicken and pureed it. Went on over to see Anil and slapped the curry on the wings....get ready world...I'm about to change the game up when it comes to wings🤫
Thanks again, Anil, for everything. Stay tuned....
