Doughs for tomorrows pickup are tucked away for their cold ferment! We are almost sold out so I'm going to leave orders open until tomorrow morning at 9am! Pickup is at Rootbound Farms Market and Local Provisions tomorrow from 2-6 or Saturday from 10-3!

There's some plain, pumpkin streusel, and maple French toast left. You all very quickly sold out the Dill Pickle so we might need a dill pickle weekend when I return to the market😉 anyways order your weekend bagels at the link below or in my bio!

Bagel delivery to Rootbound Farms Market and Local Provisions tomorrow is going to be delayed until Wednesday as my car broke down! And I'm temporarily closing ordering for pickup this Friday while I figure things out! Thanks everyone and pray for my car✌🏼🥲

Chocolate Chip Bagels! This Saturday at the Laplata Farmers Market🍪🥯

Chocolate Chip might be a bagel favorite of mine, but I don't make it often! Chocolate chips are temperamental. If the dough, water, or air are just a little too warm they melt into the dough and it's just not that good. My market bake days are usually so crazy I don't really have the time to throw together a dough that may or may not make a huge unusable mess. But I found the patience today and the dough turned out great! so we will have a limited supply this Saturday!

And just a heads up for everyone, we will NOT be at the market next weekend the 17th so come see me this weekend and stock up! Bagels freeze great😉🥯✌🏼

What makes my bagels different? Can we start with the fact that they're ALL hand made, hand rolled, and baked fresh by me? But if you look a little deeper you'd know that supporting us is so much more than just getting good bagels! (And trust me they are the best😉)

Supporting us is supporting a family business that we work so hard to make happen! It's keeping your money local and boosting your local economy. And most importantly it's showing our next generation that they can do ANYTHING! Getting the best bagels around is just a bonus of all you're contributing to with every purchase!❤️
