A little appreciation post for all the amazing waitresses out there —
Being a waitress is so much more than taking orders and carrying plates. It's keeping a smile on your face during a rush, remembering a dozen things at once, handling difficult situations with grace, and making sure guests have a great experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Unless you've worked in the industry, it's hard to understand everything they juggle in a single shift.
The patience, hustle, multitasking, and people skills it takes deserve a whole lot more recognition than they get.
We're incredibly lucky to have a team of hardworking, dedicated women who show up every day, take care of our guests, support each other, and help make our restaurant what it is.
To our waitresses (frankly, our entire restaurant staff) thank you. We see how hard you work, we appreciate what you do, and we're proud to have you on our team.
