Looking for someone with sushi prep related job experience.

This job require some good knife skills and patience. Need to be able to cut fish and vegetables into good shapes for sushi rolls and poke.

Need to provide valid proof of work experience

Be able to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday from lunch time to dinner time (for example: 12pm-7pm). More shifts could be available if willing to work more.

The sushi prep will take 2-4 hours of your shift. You may either be kitchen helper/cashier/line cook for the rest of the shift depending on your previous work experience or personal preference

Starting pay is $15/hr plus tips and will be $16/hr after 1st month. There will be extra pay raise with good quality work and attendance.

Applicants need to have one year or more of local restaurants work history as a cook in order to qualify as a line cook.

Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills

Ability to read and follow cooking directions

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Must be organized and self-motivated

Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry heavy materials

Schedule must be flexible and able to work afternoon shift (finish around 9pm)

Anyone who do not provide relevant work history will be considered as dish washer applicant in the future
