This one’s a treat. On Wagyu Weekend, I will be offering 28 dishes. Each dish will require a reservation. I will be offering a 12 ounce Wagyu Ribeye from Snake River Farms with Lemon Garlic Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes and Slow Smoked Brown Sugar Lacquered Carrots from Mrs. Kelly’s Garden for $69.95! I will still be serving full menu to all of our guests, but you can now reserve a Wagyu experience for yourself or someone special to you with a confirmation.
