I want to let everyone know that soon I’ll be moving the trailer to our new permanent location in Lihue. I’m super excited and over the moon to have a brick and mortar store to serve up the best BBQ on Kauai. Kōloa is my home and I will definitely miss working so close to home but I know this shop is gonna be “home” soon. Our new location is going to be at the Red Hibiscus next to McDowell’s on Kuhio hwy in the heartbeat of the island! Location! Location! Location! Something I learned in college that stuck with me. I saw this building when I first got off the plane over 13 years ago and thought it would make a great place for my BBQ. Let’s just say I was patiently waiting and now it’s about to go UP!
I can’t wait to see you all there and finally get to see those people that never go south-side and plenty of new people!

The Lights On Rice Street Parade was awesome and so many people in the street this year!! Mahalo to all the families that braved the weather and came out and saw an amazing parade.
