Papalani™ Gelato (Papalani means "Heaven" in Hawaiian) offers the finest Kauai Made, gourmet traditional gelato and sorbetto in a variety of local flavors, plus gelato cakes for any occasion, treats, and shakes and freezes. Since we are on Kauai, we have access to some of the world’s finest ingredients, allowing us the freedom to create Italian style gelato with a Hawaiian twist. We always use fre

sh local ingredients to create our delights onsite daily. Locally owned and operated, we are a carbon neutral company that is dedicated to sustainable business practices. Papalani™ Gelato is a member of the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Hawaii Hotel and Lodging Association-Kauai Chapter, and the Poipu Beach Resort Association. We are deeply saddened, shocked, and completely heartbroken to hear of the sudden passing of Chef Yannick Doth, Executive Chef at JO2. Chef Yannick was the most talented, creative, innovative and the best Chef on Kauai, but even more importantly, a GREAT HUMAN! Kevin worked with Chef weekly on many a custom Gelato creation and loved and respected him so much!! Chef was one of his favorite people and JO2 was definitely his favorite restaurant!! We were honored to be featured on his menu. Our many tears, thoughts, andprayers are with his dear family, staff, and friends. To say that he will be missed is a severe understatement. Take your rest now, Chef. You hustled harder than most every single day! 💕 💔
