Inviting all our Kodiak friends to come join us this Saturday, Oct 3 for a downtown clean up service project.
Check in at the bakery between 4:00 -4:30 pm to get trash bags and gloves. Select a location on the map where you want to clean.

Come back to the marketplace at 5:30 to weigh the collected garbage. Bearfoot Bakery will be serving up FREE Pizza and Ice Cream to all registered participants.
Bring your family and friends and help us beautify downtown.

🐻 It all started with a little curiosity

Back in 2019, Crystal started her own sourdough starter because she wanted to learn more about making good bread. She researched, experimented, tried different methods and flavors, and eventually developed the Bearfoot way of making sourdough.

That includes a 24-hour fermentation process, different inclusions, and a scoring pattern for each flavor. Little details that make each Bearfoot sourdough loaf its own.

Today, that same sourdough is baked fresh for our Kodiak community.
