Happy Chai Day! I love a good dirty chai, and I also love to bake with chai spices. I have a spiced chai cream cupcake, Dutch apple chai cupcake, chai shortbread bites and chai cinnamon rolls. Mmmm. And we don’t say chai tea, my daughter corrected me years ago lol.
