Knox Mason Southern Tradition Meets Modern Aesthetics Working closely with Southern farms and artisans, familiar dishes are recast to reflect the 21st century.
(520)

The newest addition to the growing Knoxville downtown restaurant landscape, Knox Mason marries elements of traditional Southern cuisine with a vibrant, contemporary aesthetic. Chef/Owner and Knoxville native Matt Gallaher's seasonal menus draw from his 15 years of cooking experiences as Sous Chef at Blackberry Farm, cooking for rock stars around the Globe and, most recently as Tennessee's Executive Chef for Governor Haslam in Nashville. And the full-service bar includes the best domestic, craft and micro-brews, wines from Tennessee and around the world alongside seasonal cocktails. We offer dinner service Tuesday through Saturday. A late night menu Friday and Saturday, and Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. We invite you to stop by and try our original cuisine inspired by the South we love.
