This week marks one year since CJ’s Tacos officially announced that we were going all-in on catering. No more chasing us down at a festival — now we come straight to you, with a full crew, fresh-fried tortillas, and a menu that’s grown a lot since our truck days.

It’s been a wild ride, and we couldn’t have done it without Knoxville’s support. Here’s to another year of showing up for your weddings, tailgates, and everything in between.

Thank you for letting us grow with you. 🧡

P.S... Vols play at Georgia Tech this weekend. Hosting a watch party? We cater those too.

All about that dip... Let's talk sauces, because at CJ's Tacos, the toppings bar is what makes our tacos go from good to great.

- Chipotle Cream (Medium): Smoky, zesty, with just enough kick
- Creamy Cilantro (Mild): Smooth and citrusy, for the herb lovers
- Serrano Red Hot (Hot): Char-grilled serrano heat
- Tom Chili Taco Sauce (Medium): Our sweet-and-spicy house taco sauce
- Tex-Mex Aioli (Mild): House-made salsa aioli meets Tex-Mex ranch
- Sour Cream (Mild): Old reliable. Everyone needs a Sour Cream.

We've got a sauce for you. Come find your match. 📞 865-951-8217 to book your next event!
