As we update our margarita menu at Monterrey, we’re putting one of my personal favorites to the test—a Fresh Cucumber Basil Margarita! Made with fresh cucumber and basil, then topped with a splash of soda water, it gets a little inspiration from the growing popularity of Ranch Waters while keeping that classic margarita spirit alive. Come give it a try and let us know what you think!
