Gotta love thunderstorms lately, but during this mornings storm we lost power or had enough of a surge to pop our service breaker on the 220 side 3 phase was still operating the big cooler but our prep table and freezer lost temp and cant take a chance. Sorry for the late notice I turned breaker back on and things were running but several hours of thawed food put us out for the night so we have to toss it out and start over 😌

We will be opening at 4:30 today I have been making sure my father gets some rest as he has been with Mom in the hospital since Tuesday. Mom gave me orders this morning to get Dad home to rest a bit. ❤️

We will be open at 4pm Wednesday. Had a family funeral on Mom's side today and won't make it back to Knoxville in time for tonight. Sorry for late notice. Thank You, Andy C

One little mention that has to be addressed we recently started Doordash at the pizza shop. I am old technology and beleive in the Dine In or Carry Out system but at some point gotta go forward with technology. Surprisingly it has been working well with us. We have always kept our food in warmers before pick ups or even table service for dine in to keep everything warm before serving. I have noticed only one of our dashers has been using warming bags so sadly once product leaves the store we have no control of time it leaves our store til it is delivered. Out of the several orders this last week we have had several compliments and 1 complaint with fried items. It goes without saying when ordering from anyone in town certain items are hot and become steamy in cold temps if a bag is not used for delivery. I have sent in a suggestion to my Rep to see what can be done. Thank You for the support and want to make this work.... Andy C

My apologies my father is having surgery tomorrow so we are spending a little family time tonight preparing. Should be routine, but anything out of normal routine is concerning as anyone can imagine with a parent or loved one ❤️ We will see you at 5 tomorrow.
