Unfortunately this is not the status I had hoped to make but I do have an update. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we will not be reopening like we had originally hoped. It saddens me very much to say that. I want to thank every single person who supported us throughout our journey, yall stuck with us to the very end and for that we will forever be grateful! A lot of you are apart of our family and followed us here from the VERY BEGINNING 17 years ago from our other location we had in East Knox! --There will be another family owned restaurant opening at the beginning of October, it will be called Thai Time. This very nice family previously owned a Thai restaurant off Cumberland Ave for 15 years. We wished we could be here for many more years to come but some circumstances just prevented that from happening. Yall please help give them a warm welcome to South Knox and help support them as you supported us! The support yall showed us over the years never went unnoticed. Thank you all so much again from the bottom of our hearts! 🖤🖤 they will still have ice cream so yall can fulfill that sweet tooth!

❗️❗️❗️ We got good news today but not exactly the news we were wanting. I know there is anticipation of us reopening and it was supposed to be next week on the 12th...unfortunately that will have to be pushed back just a couple weeks. Lauren is able to start putting light pressure on her foot and can gradually increase that amount each week until full pressure can be applied within the next 4 weeks. Don't forget about the BEST burgers in town, we've just even effected by something so uncontrollable and unforseen but I promise we can't wait to be back open. I pray May will be a great month for us as we get back open and pick our business back up! Yall come see our wonderful Lauren and our amazing cook when we reopen! 🖤🖤

I just want to note, when we do open back up (should be within the next couple weeks), we will be take out only for the first few weeks! Bare with us as we need to get back up and running AND also make sure Lauren doesn't overdue herself since there are just 2 that work. Thank you so much for understanding!!

Posting so we don't get forgotten about. I've been getting a lot of messages asking if we are going open back up...ABSOLUTELY we will be opening back up! I just don't have a set date as of right now. As soon as I do, yall will be the first to know! Be on the lookout for some new sweet treats when we do 👀🤤 yall help share this post and get the word out to as many people as we can please!

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! Lauren had tore ligaments in her foot and did have to have surgery but she goes for her post op next week, she's hoping to get the cast off her foot and hopefully the doctor will allow for light pressure to start being made on her foot.. along with doing occupational therapy, things should be just fine. Thank you all for the continued prayers and support!

Thank you all so much for the continued prayers and well wishes!! We can't wait to be open and see everybody again! 2 weeks away feels like a lifetime but we'll come back stronger than ever! Lauren has her mri on her foot this Tuesday with follow up results on Wednesday and we'll have more of an update and time frame on when we can get back up and running! Have a fabulous weekend!!!
