Our signature raw bar is stocked with the freshest oysters and seasonal seafood available. STIR is famous for cocktails.

STIR is the perfect restaurant to sip a cocktail over a dozen oysters, enjoy a night out, or meet for lunch.We believe great food starts with fresh, local ingredients. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice, blend our own bitters and syrups, press juices, and slice ingredients, all in-house. We age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place other cocktails on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result are categorically elevated cocktails.

The best cocktails start with hand-cut artisanal ice, and at STIR, every pour gets the perfect finish.

Grab a seat and watch the ice show while you sip. The STIR Old Fashioned: An iconic cocktail crafted in the post-prohibition style. Muddled orange fruit and marasca cherries are stirred with bourbon and served over one large rock. Simple & perfect!
