Guess who's back?!?!? .josh.coates is launching his new concept called with the Grand Opening this Friday from 6-8pm!

I know you all are used to Chef Josh's Korean flavors, but did you know that he is actually an Italian trained chef? His first passion in food was actually pasta. That is why he is proud to bring to life this new concept called Pasta Vivo!

Grand Opening party is at Marble City Market on Friday, August 9th from 6-8pm! Here are some of the things you can expect during the Grand opening party:

THANK YOU KNOXVILLE!!!

Last night we closed Seoul Brothers and Bubbles & Cream for the last time. We want to take this time to thank each and every one of you that have been with us on this journey. Without you this would not have been possible.

Thank you for all the partnerships, support, love and kindness that you have all shown to us as we have shared with you the flavors of our childhood through Korean fusion dishes and delicious locally made ice cream. We appreciate you all and look forward to continuing to give back to the community through our new ventures.

If you love the flavors of Seoul Brothers please be on the lookout for new products from us in the not too distant future. We are working towards developing the products we made for our menu and making them available to you for purchase at local outlets soon. More to come on that later, but if you want updates on this please follow

In the immediate future, .josh.coates is launching Pasta Vivo in the same location as Seoul Brothers and is set to open in a few weeks. Please follow the new Instagram to be on the lookout for updates with the new pasta shop.

If you love pasta like .josh.coates does you will love the new concept. He will be preparing fresh pasta, scratch made sauces and will provide quick service. His passion for flavors will shine through the menu, and he’s very excited to embark on this new segment of his journey.

We want to thank you all for all the laughs, the memories and the outpouring of love we have felt from the community. From our time and serving on food truck to our time inside we have been fortunate enough share amazing experiences that we will carry with us and we are grateful to have been able to spend this time with you all. We hope that you will continue to support us in these new endeavors as we move forward with the next chapter of delicious food, amazing flavors and love and care for our community.
