We lost a wonderful woman, friend and colleague in the Food Truck community. Renee, owner of Midlife Frysis, we will miss you.

We are truly heartbroken tonight to hear that our sweet friend Renee, owner of Midlife Frysis, has passed away.

Renee you was always such a blessing to all of us at A Lot Less in so many ways. When you wasn’t busy slinging food, you’d be in the store opening boxes till your next customer. Girl, Saturdays won’t be the same without you here this winter.

Thank you for all the laughs and advice. We love you, and we’ll see you again…

Well, it's been 13 years to the day since I opened Gonzo Gourmet. Three trucks later and a lot of memories. Thank you to all my staff, family and clients in and around Knoxville for making Gonzo Gourmet what it is today.

Today’s tasting with a little bit of R&D for the new menus rolling out this week! Muddy Pond sorghum glazed chicken with peach chutney; brisket sliders with chèvre; chicken cheese sliders with basil pesto; shrimp Kimberlee; beef tenderloin with mushroom peppercorn demi; potatoes melange and farm fresh green beans.
