Do you love representing local businesses? Well, these little cuties do too! Here's our Irvey's reps Ruby, Lucy, Bennett, and Irvey (yes, our namesake) sporting our Irvey's gear. Get excited because right now at Kern's and soon at our new shop we'll be selling adult and kid shirts, stickers, hats, and more! Is it just us, or do the ice cream drips make the shirt look better?

If you're like our family and counting down the days until Irvey's in Fountain City opens, here's a little progress update from inside the build-out.

These days you'll find Trent and Rachel (and some of their friends) climbing ladders, scraping paint, mixing mud, and tackling whatever needs done to bring our neighbors a local ice cream shop. (Some of the materials even look suspiciously like melted ice cream.)

We're not ready to announce an opening date just yet, but after a lot of hard work, we're finally starting to see the finish line.

We'll be at 3000 Tazewell this weekend! For our Fountain City neighbors who have been wanting a visit, come on by! For our Knoxville-wide fans who need an easy stop, come on by! We're excited to be your neighborhood ice cream shop. Bring the kids, bring the friends, bring the fam. 4-9pm

Are you just loving all the fairs, carnivals, and festivals happening this time of year? Just in case you can't get enough fun food, try another version of cotton candy at Irvey's! It satisfies the flavor and the stickiness, but also fills that "I'm too hot and need something cold" feeling you get in the summer! Stop by Kern's food hall to try this flavor of the week. Oh, and bring the little ones because this is sure to make their eyes widen and their excitement stir!

It's chocolate, chocolatier, chocolatiest chocolate week! Mmm, mmm. We've literally had people tell us they didn't like chocolate ice cream until they had Irvey's Chocolatiest Chocolate. Maybe that's you too! Come get a scoop...or three!

We'll be posting the truck schedule tomorrow so you'll know just where to find us, but for now, Fountain City Park has a Memorial Day event happening all day today, so stop by and try us out. Thank you to all who have served our country and sacrificed for our freedom. We honor you today!
