New menu with a brand new chile relleno smash burger! We’ve also got our scotch bonnets coming in from our garden, so it’s time to drop some of our famous jerk chicken! Come to Trailhead hungry this week!!

This week ends in October so that means it’s the start of SOUP SEASON at Trailhead! We’re starting this year off with an absolutely beautiful and photogenic Polish style borscht that pairs perfectly with our best seller pastrami sandwich!

We’ve also got a brand new fall themed smash burger debuting this week with a sweet caramelized onion and fig jam and crunchy green apple slices! This definitely is not a menu you want to miss!!

🚨We only have a limited supply of pastrami and cannot make more if we sell out due to the month long curing process, so make sure you come earlier in the week to secure yourself one! 🚨

The flags are flying, the b**r is flowing, and we’re bringing a little taste of Bavaria to South Knoxville!
We’ve teamed up with our friends from Schulz Bräu Brewing Company to bring you a special Oktoberfest-inspired menu featuring German flavors with a little Gato twist. We’ll be here through the weekend (closed Thursday) with live music Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday!!

We’ll also be opening early at noon for the Tennessee Texas game on Saturday

Grab one of the several Schulz b**rs we’ve got on draft inside at Trailhead and celebrate Oktoberfest with us! Prost! 🍻🇩🇪

Those Bavarian flags on the Trailhead patio aren’t just for decoration! Something’s brewing in South Knox, and we’re bringing a little taste of Munich to the neighborhood! Starting Monday September 21–27, we’re teaming up with Schulz Bräu Brewing Company for a full week of Oktoberfest-inspired eats, German b**r, and Biergarten vibes! We’re talking Jägerschnitzel-inspired smashburgers, cherry-smoked bratwurst, currywurst, pretzel buns, and plenty of other German-inspired goodness. Come grab some German food and Schulz brau b**r inside all week and let’s celebrate this incoming cooler weather right!

We’ve got one more week of summer heat in the forecast, so we’re implementing one final Mediterranean style menu of refreshing entrees and sides! Starting next Monday we’ll be transitioning into more fall forward specialties!

Stop by trailhead all week including Thursday for trivia for this brand new menu featuring an all new apricot smashburger and sumac chicken salad! Slightly lighter stuff for a hot week!

🚨As mentioned before, we are OPEN for trivia this Thursday! come sooner rather than later if you can to avoid a traffic jam once trivia starts at 7:00!

New menu incoming and it’ll feature the last salmon special until soup season starts! Swing by trailhead for our Hawaiian menu made popular back in May! We’ll have authentic Hulu Hulu chicken and vegetarian Mushroom tacos. We’ve also got our spam musubi inspired smashburger with crispy sushi rice!

Come get some lomi lomi salmon too before it sells out!!

Hello everyone! We’ve got a new menu centered around smoked specials! Come by trailhead for our famous fowl on the play tacos, or our vegetarian forager tacos made with blue oyster mushrooms from our friends at ET Fungi 👽🍄!

We’re continuing the streak of running specials from our Alaska trip and this week features our smoked salmon dip! We separate the fattier salmon bellies and smoke them on side for one of the best smoked dips you’ll find anywhere in the area! Come try it before it sells out!

The weather cooled down a little for the menu this week! Salmon burgers may be gone but don’t worry! We’ve got some killer new specials to take it’s place! August is hatch chile season in the American southwest, and we had some help from some friends to make it happen this week! Come try these killer specials before they’re gone!

🚨Be warned: The ceviche will most likely not make it to the weekend so make sure to grab some tonight or tomorrow before it runs out!🚨

We also want to thank Chef Carson’s parents for driving 50 lbs of hatch Chiles from Houston for us to use this week and for Dia De Foods for roasting them for us! 👏👏👏

I know we say this a lot but this week’s menu could truly be the best we’ve ever done. You know it’s good when Jackson dreamed about the lox last night. This one will be here until Sunday.

🚨This is the last week of salmon burgers, but we still plan on having Alaska themed side dishes over the next few weeks 🚨
