You may not know my name, but you probably know me as “the lady with the baby.” 😊
Hi, I’m Tiffany, and this is my little sidekick, Elana. A customer captured this photo of us while we were helping set up and host a celebration of life.
Before Beachside, I worked as a nurse for more than 14 years and then worked alongside my husband at our shop. Caring for people has always been a big part of who I am, and although owning a restaurant is very different from nursing, I still get to take care of people—just in a new way.
Long before Beachside became ours, our family made special memories here. When our oldest daughter, Neva, was little, we would sit on the porch, listen to the live music, and watch her sing and dance. Sometimes we were the only people there, but those evenings together on the lake were some of the best. ❤️
When the opportunity to purchase the property came along, I chose it because of the location. The lake is absolutely beautiful—and I’ll admit, the thought crossed my mind to turn it into our home! Carl reminded me that a place this special deserved to be shared with the community. He had always dreamed of owning a restaurant, and we believed our different strengths would make us a great team.
I truly love hosting and helping people celebrate all of life’s moments, both big and small. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, class reunion, celebration of life, family dinner, or simply a night out listening to music, it means so much to me that you choose Beachside to be part of those memories.
I love meeting our customers, bringing people together, and watching other families enjoy the same beautiful place where our own family made so many wonderful memories.
My husband has been incredibly supportive throughout this journey, and without him, this opportunity—and so much of what Beachside has become—would not have been possible.
