Before we open our doors, I wanted to share a little piece of why being on Jefferson Street means so much to me.

Growing up, one of my favorite memories was riding along in my great-grandfather’s El Camino to the local post office in my home town before heading out to the farm. It was a simple, everyday routine, but that sense of community and connection stuck with me forever.

Whenever I walk past the post office here on Jefferson, it brings all of that right back.

We’re building this cafe to be that kind of place for you—a spot for your everyday rituals, quiet mornings, and warm memories.

I’d love to know: What’s a spot on Jefferson that holds a special memory for you, or your favorite local gem on the block? Drop it in the comments below! ☕✨⬇️

Thank you to everyone who shared what you’re craving on our upcoming menu. Let’s just say... we noticed a few major trends.

Our kitchen team has been testing, tasting, and tweaking behind the scenes to build something really special for the community.

While we're keeping the official lineup under wraps just a little longer, your ideas definitely helped steer the ship. 🤫
