🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM YANIC’S SWEET TREATS 🚨

This past Friday, the Town of Wendell left a notice on my door informing me that selling baked goods from a residential property is considered a zoning violation. I was given 7 days to shut down my Yanic’s Sweet Treats Bakery Cart at my current location.

I went to Town Hall to get clarification, and unfortunately, I was informed that bakery carts cannot operate from residential properties in the Town of Wendell, regardless of having the proper certifications, including ServSafe, or obtaining a vendor’s license for that location. I was also informed that bakery carts operating from residential properties in Wendell will be required to shut down.

While I am definitely disappointed, this is NOT the end of Yanic’s Sweet Treats! ❤️

I truly believe that when one door closes, another door will open. This may be a setback, but it is also another reason for me to go HARDER! 💪🏽✨

I am beyond grateful to EVERYONE who came out to support my bakery cart, purchased my sweet treats, shared my posts, told your friends and family, and encouraged me along the way. Your support has meant more to me than you know! 🥹❤️
