All about the Food This is me (Chris) and my food cart (Mac And Cheese Steaks) in a nutshell. Grew up learning to cook Mac and Cheese when I was a kid.

From when I was of legal age, I started working in the food industry. As I grew older, I moved to Portland, OR for culinary school and started working for Hall Street Grill in Beaverton. Upon working at HSG, I was a Sous Chef for an Italian restaurant, and then became an Executive chef of another. I love food, fun, knives and fire, so the idea to put my work into a food cart to let everyone try it

makes for a perfect combination. The food I am choosing to prepare is my favorite comfort foods. Mac and Cheese (you can never go wrong with), and Cheese steaks (almost a Philly Cheese steak). There were some items that I felt needed to be brought to Klamath Falls. Truffle oil, and Duck fat. Those are two of my favorite seasoning oils that I used in my culinary crusade. Good morning everyone.

Here is this week's special sandwich, the Thai chicken peanut grilled cheese.

On sourdough bread, there is a cart made peanut sauce, jack and cheddar cheese, cilantro, carrots and sautèed chicken satay.

Good morning everyone. My sage meadows, across from eternal hills cemetery off of 39 by KCC, is doing a Garage sale today.

Mac and cheese steaks #1 set up there until 1pm.

Mac and cheese steaks #2 is at it's normal location at the Garage Tap House from 11-10pm.

Happy Thursday everyone. Here is this week's special salad and mac.

The antipasto salad is on a bed of mixed greens with kalamata olives, artichokes, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, banana peppers, roasted red peppers, pickled onions and a variety of cured meats.

The mac is a traditional mac and cheese tossed with roasted garlic, minced bacon and brie cheese

The red Thai chicken curry mac is a traditional mac and cheese tossed with sautèed chicken, green peas, and a cart made red Thai coconut curry.

Happy Friday everyone. Here is this week's special creme brulee and salad.

The s'mores creme brulee is graham cracker crumbles, chocolate creme brulee and a cart made marshmallow fluff.

The pictured salad is the half salad, it is on a bed of mixed greens with diced watermelon, cucumbers, feta cheese, and mint. It's accompanied by a mint honey citrus vinaigrette.

We're at the Garage Tap House from 11-10pm.

We're also open an extra hour on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer now.
