Met these 2 beautiful bastards almost 25 years ago at the Culinary Institute of America. I met Moti the first hour I was there on move in day, Ralf and I had the same classes first year. Well 25 years later, we’re a bit older, all wearing glasses, even some gray hairs. But after only a couple hours of talking and catching up, it’s obvious we are bonded by our time together when we were younger. We were originally brought together by food and our joy of cooking, but it’s the relationships you develop along the way that are important. Thanks for stopping by guys!
