I’ll be one of 12 chefs making a duck dish as part of the return the Duck & W**e at Duck Woods on Nov. 2, 12-3pm. A limited amount of tickets have been made available to the public if you would like to join in the fun…12 duck dishes, 12 wines, even a duck-free zone with some non-meat items. Always great to partner with Beach Food Pantry as well.

You’ll get to try one or more of these and other area chefs’ duck creations, along with a dozen wines at the Duck & W**e Fest at on Sunday, Nov. 2 from noon til 3pm. Tickets are currently available to club members AND their guests. So now might be a great time to consider joining Duck Woods membership, or making friends with some! 😁

Great find this past winter as I was shopping for cookbooks for my team…found one right up my alley as well. Indian-(ish) is not only a great guide on the basic style of Indian cooking and developing great flavors with spices, but also a heart-warming read on an American family. Featuring dishes from the book for tonight’s tapas!
