Built in 1913 and completely renovated in 2016, the house combines all the charm of a century-old home with modern amenities and artistic decor. The house is situated on a half-acre in downtown Kissimmee's Historic Beaumont Overlay district. Our wraparound porch and rocking chairs gives you an inviting break from a busy day. You can enjoy our native plant infused landscape and spot hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Sprinkled throughout the yard are sculptural butterfly and bird towers that create ecosystems for hummingbirds, cardinals, monarch butterflies and more. The metal sculptures in the ever-changing landscape are hand-crafted by Christi Kapp at Art In Motion, LLC . Sculptures currently on exhibit include "Sugar Dolphin", "Motorcycle Shop Fairy", as well as or guard 'dillos.
