Take a walk for your mental health!

For the month of October, Violet’s Garage’s Labyrinth is transforming into the Corny Corn Labyrinth! What better time to experience this transformation than Saturday, October 10th on World Mental Health Day?

A labyrinth differs from a maze in the fact that there is only one way in and one way out. It works as moving meditation. No need to stress about getting lost, just slow your pace, quiet your thoughts, focus on the moment, and simply breathe.

This World Mental Health Day, come experience the Corny Corn Labyrinth and take a little time for yourself. The cornfield transformation will be here all October, so there’s plenty of time to come walk the path!
