INCLUSION SHINES BRIGHT IN KIRKWOOD TONIGHT!

The Pioneer Bakery Cafe is incredibly proud to be a primary sponsor Kirkwood School District’s Unified Night Lights for the past six years, and this year is extra special as this incredible event celebrates its 10th anniversary!

For a decade, Unified Night Lights has brought students with and without disabilities together for an unforgettable evening of sports, school spirit, friendship, and fun. It’s a night when every student has the opportunity to take the field, hear the cheers, and experience what it means to truly belong.

And that’s something very close to our hearts. ❤️

Inclusion is at the heart of The Pioneer Cafe. Our mission is about creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and building a community where people of all abilities are welcomed, valued, and given the opportunity to shine.

And what better way to celebrate a great Kirkwood tradition than with another Kirkwood tradition, Cookies with a Smile! We’ll be there tonight with our signature smile cookies to help make this 10th anniversary celebration just a little sweeter.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of the Kirkwood community and honored to have supported Unified Night Lights for the past six years.

We’re open 7 AM–3 PM — so NO NIGHTS!

We’re looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy working with customers, can keep up in a busy café, and want to be part of a team that has a little fun while getting the job done.

Pay based on experience. Higher pay available for team members who can work Saturdays & Sundays. Daytime hours. Great people, great food & a pretty awesome mission

Experience is great, but attitude, reliability and personality matter just as much.
