🔥 Coming Soon to Hobo’s Family Grill! 🔥

Our pulled pork is officially on the smoker, and the aroma is already filling the air! 🤤🐷 Low and slow is the name of the game, and we can’t wait to serve up this tender, smoky goodness.

Week 14 construction update 🚧

AR Builders completed their work and we are ecstatic about the results! A huge thank you to Justin Tillman and his crew for all the hard work and dedication.

✅ Our bar tops have arrived and are officially installed

✅ All chairs and bar stools are assembled

✅ We’ve started putting together tables

✅ Soda machine is installed and fully operational — we’re proud to support the only family-run bottling company left in the U.S., Excel Bottling Co.

✅ Coffee and tea machines are up and running

✅ Neon and LED signs are being hung, with even more coming next week

✅ Network and internet are fully installed and operational

Everything is coming together and we can’t wait to welcome you here soon!

Week 12 Construction Update 🚧

• TVs are starting to go up
• Large trim pieces are being mounted
• Bar top installation scheduled for next week
• Speaker system is in place and fully operational
• Soda machine has been mocked in
• Banner has officially been hung

Big progress happening every week — it’s all starting to come together!

Week 10 Construction Update 🚧

Progress is coming together nicely this week. Paint touch-ups have been completed, and the countertop for the hostess station has been roughed in. The bar area is really starting to take shape with tile installed and lighting up and running.

We’re also beginning to mock up some of the bar equipment, giving a first look at how the space will function once complete.
