14 years ago, I started Pie Bar with a dream and a lot of flour. I never imagined that "conquering the stadiums" would become part of our story.
We made history as the first food truck allowed inside Lumen Field, and today, I’m thrilled to share that we’re keeping the momentum going—Pie Bar is officially heading to the Seattle Mariners!
Being the first truck in these iconic venues is an honor I don’t take lightly. It’s been a wild ride, full of late nights and big risks, but seeing our pies in the hands of Seattle sports fans makes it all worth it.
Huge thanks to my team and everyone who has supported us since day one. See you at the ballpark! ⚾️

Dear Valued Customers and Community,

I'm reaching out with some significant news. After careful thought, I've decided to put Pie Bar Ballard on the market. It's been an incredible journey, and this place has meant so much to me and to many of you. It has become a Ballard staple.

While stepping away isn't easy, I am excited to start a new venture focused on franchising food trucks exclusively for military personnel and women pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams. This project is meaningful to me as it aims to support those who have served and uplift women entrepreneurs in the culinary world.
Please be aware that the new owners won't be continuing with the Pie Bar Ballard legacy. They plan to create their own unique space here (stay tuned). While it'll be a change, I'm hopeful they will bring something special to our neighborhood.

However, I'm happy to let you know that Pie Bar Phinney just a short distance away, will remain open for late night pie. Our cyber pink food trucks will remain traveling all over Washington State.

Your support over the years has been incredible. Thank you for making Pie Bar a special place for everyone who came through our doors.

We will be attending Seafair Fleet Week from August 3-6th right on Pier 46! August 3rd, 4th, and 6th: Tours 9:30 am – 3 pm
August 5th: Tours 9:30 am – Noon

We will also be at Cave B at the Gorge for WATERSHED!! Slanging sweet and savory pies from Friday August 4th to Sunday August 6th!
