Hello all......well..to make everything clear about our situation,
Momma D and I decided that health and preservation was more important than servitude. We absolutely love all our customers. So much that we sacrificed our health to serve y'all. Our goal with Little Valley Smoke House was to create a menu with real fresh ingredients to make Grandma take notice. Which...we think we did. Problem was food prices during and after COVID meant higher overhead. Like way higher.
Anyway, we love all of our regulars, our new "We'll be back" customers and those in between.
Momma D and I have checked that box off our list and have moved on.
Momma D is serving up your faves at Kiowa Bar and I am helping out JR and Co. At Binos Pizza.
Who knows ...maybe some smoked brisket and burnt ends may be still in our future.

Hey BBQ Fans!

We have made a really hard decision.
Keeping up with the restaurant with out help is too hard on me and Momma D and Ken.
These last few weeks of catering has kept us so busy we couldn't open the restaurant so we've decided to let the restaurant go.

We have tuned our Chuck Wagon set up to the point where it makes more sense to park on a corner for a day than to spend thousands on a building.
Were serving the same smoked meats and most of the same hand made sides.
We have made soo many friends of Q in the last few years that this is one of the hardest things we've had to do. However we truly believe this is better for us and for our loyal customers.

Our landlord has been extremely supportive in these hard times and we thank them for all that they have done for us.

We will still be around. On a corner near you, in a festival, at an event. We'll keep you posted as to where we'll be and when.

So...
We'll be at High Test in Elbert today and tomorrow. Serving up Brisket, Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Burgers and dogs.
Momma D's Hand Made Potato Salad, Coleslaw and Baked Beans. All this along with our famous Breakfast Burritos.

Serving up Biscuits-n- Gravy and Breakfast Burritos till 2pm. Also our BBQ Favorites from 11am. All this till sold out. Or 7pm which ever comes first.

Tune in Tomorrow at 10am for our Breakfast Buffet. Then at 2pm for Fried Chicken Buffet until that's sold out. We have the Big Hoss Smoker fired up with BBQ Faves for tomorrow as well.

As sold out yesterday, lots of big family orders, we got nutt'n for today. Even out of sandwich buns. Lol
We'll get restocked and be back on Thursday for our Fried Chicken Buffet and BBQ goodness.
