From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your continued love and support of Lichas Mexican Diner.
Our time in Kiowa has officially come to an end, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out and supported us on our last day. Your kindness made our final day truly special and reminded us how blessed we are to have customers who became friends and family.
Although this chapter has closed, a new one is beginning. We hope to see all of you again at our new Lichas location!

**To Our Lichas Family,**

We are not ready to let go but we are ready to begin a new chapter!! So With heavy hearts, we want to let everyone know that **Saturday, August 2nd, will be our last day serving the Kiowa community and surrounding areas!😭💔**

These next two weeks mean everything to us, and we would truly appreciate your support as we close this incredible chapter. Let's make these final days unforgettable and go out with a bang for our last fair in Kiowa!

When we opened our doors, we didn't just gain customers—we gained family. We will forever cherish every customer who walked through our doors, every friend who supported us, every family member who stood by our side, and every member of this community who believed in us through the good times and the difficult ones. Your encouragement, kindness, and loyalty have meant more than words can ever express.

There are so many people we would like to thank, but we especially want to give a heartfelt thank you to **Sasha, Kim,( R.I.P Ms Terry) and our Mayor, Tammy.**Thank you for believing in us, supporting our small business, and always showing us kindness. We will never forget everything you've done for us.

Kiowa will always hold a special place in our hearts. The memories we've made here will stay with us forever, and leaving is not easy. While this chapter is coming to an end, we are excited to begin a new one and continue chasing the dream that so many of you helped make possible.

From the bottom of our hearts, **thank you** for every meal shared, every conversation, every recommendation, every prayer, and every bit of support you've given us over the years.

Please come see us before August 2nd, share one more meal with us, and help us celebrate everything we've built together. Let's make these last two weeks the best two weeks Lichas has ever had in Kiowa.

Good morning everyone I wanted to thank you guys like I do every year for showing up and supporting our family Restaurant. We are so grateful to have you guys none of this would be possible without any of you guys like every year you guys show up and show out we were so slammed yesterday. I do apologize if you waited too long for your food but again most of you guys are very understanding and I love that about you guys. You guys continue to support we felt it like we do every year. Can’t wait to see you guys there today. This will be our last year in Kiowa. I will be there for cowboy up like every year. Come see us for lunch breakfast dinner let me make you guys some jalapeño margaritas see you guys there blessings.

From all of us at Lichas Mexican Diner, I would like to address a rumor that has been going around.

Yes, our time in Kiowa has come to an end, and we will be leaving. This decision has not been easy, and it hurts me deeply to leave such a wonderful small town. Kiowa has given me so much, and I have learned more than I could have ever imagined during our time here.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for every blessing He has given me, my family, and our business. None of this would have been possible without Him.

I also want to thank each and every one of our customers. Your support, encouragement, and loyalty throughout the years have meant the world to us. Many of you have become more than customers—you have become family. We truly appreciate and love every one of you.

I would also like to thank my landlord for giving me the opportunity to own and operate a restaurant here in Kiowa. The experience and lessons I have gained will stay with me forever, and I will carry everything I have learned into my next restaurant.

Now, to address the rumors: We are not being forced out because we cannot afford the rent. Our rent has always been paid on time, and we have never stopped meeting our obligations. We are also not going out of business. In fact, we are doing very well. We have been blessed with continued support, and our financial statements were strong enough to help us secure approval for a restaurant location in downtown Denver near the Capitol.

The truth is simply that I no longer see room for growth here in Kiowa, and I believe God is opening a new door for me, my family, and our business.

Thank you again to this amazing community for all of your support, kindness, and friendship throughout the years. Kiowa will always hold a special place in our hearts.
