Youngstown-Warren OH area has passed The Johnson City-Tri Cities Area by 862 votes and is pulling ahead of our area by over 250 to 300 votes per hour. This just took our regions food banks from $1,000,000 from WalMart to only $50,000 from Walmart. Spread the word that only 3 days left to turn this around. Think of all the people this will help in our region.

We are having a very difficult time trying to find experienced kitchen staff that will show up to work not high or drunk. With two restaurants to operate, it is impossible to be at both locations at the same time. We have been trying to operate without enough manpower and it is simply stretching our personal family and employee's families too far. At this time, we have decided to temporarily close this location. Our plans are to reopen at a future date with a revamped menu offering both lower prices and both cajun and american menu. Watch for the Re-grand opening in the future. We appreciate our loyal customers. It has certainly been our pleasure to serve you! We encourage you to visit our other location, and we will be offering some of your favorite Saltwater Willy's dishes there until we reopen here. It’s a bold stroke to include the motto “Authentic Cajun Cuisine” on the front of your menu, but I believe Saltwater Willy’s more than lives up to this billing.

I enjoyed some classic Cajun cuisine during a visit with a friend to Saltwater Willy’s Bayou Cafe in Kingsport. The restaurant has been serving Cajun cuisine and seafood for about two years.
