We don’t always do wings but when we do…We Smoke 💨 Em!! We rub down our wings with house made rub and smoke for 2-3 hours rotating them every 30-45 mins! If that’s not enough we also drop them in the deep fryer just enough time to crisp up that skin! Sauce!? Not needed but if you do we have a few flavors to choose from! Story time!! Did you ever hear how we came up with our Smash Burger Street Tacos!? Well you’re about to hear it! Over three years ago we decided to buy a food truck to take to events. Yep I’m sure some of you still remember it! Seems like so long ago!

When we purchased the truck it had a set of stickers already in place that we decided to keep. One of these stickers said Street Tacos! I believe it was an employee but with my memory it could have been a customer, family or even friend but anyways. They told me you should remove that sticker because you don’t/can’t sell tacos your a burger joint!

If any of you know me personally then you know my next reaction! Watch Me!! I didn’t want to do a traditional taco so I started playing around to see how I could get that patty to stick to a tortilla. Smash it, cheese, tortilla it! Then they need a sauce where we played and mixed until you have the Burger Sauce you all love today! Then you have it! Smash Burger Street Tacos!!

Let’s start the week off with a bang! Maybe a lil spice will get you kickstarted on this dreary Monday morning! So how about trying our Porkin’ Hot sandwich!?
