Ever wonder what it takes to run a concession stand at the Appalachian Fair for 8 days?! Well, here ya go! 🎡🍔

We are so grateful for every single person who ate with us last week. We couldn’t have done it without y’all!

We also couldn’t do it without the team behind the scenes. Huge shoutout to the crew we had this year that made it possible to open each and every day. From prep, to cooking, to taking orders, to cleaning up and doing it all over again the next day… y’all absolutely killed it! We can’t wait to do it again next year !

And that’s a wrap ! We are officially sold out at the 2026 Appalachian Fair ! We broke our one day burger record with 792 burgers smashed for the day ! My hands hurt, I’m covered in grease and I need a beer. We’ll see ya back out in the patty wagon next week !
