But it’s already lunchtime, and some of y’all are just now figuring out what day it is.

So we’ll keep it simple.

Put some clothes on, brush your teeth, and come get some BBQ.

Preferably in that order.

🎃LIVERMUSH MEETS BBQ AT CHUBBY’S! 🎃

With the Livermush Festival happening just down the road, we figured why let Shelby have all the fun?

So we decided to introduce two Carolina legends to each other… LIVERMUSH & BBQ!

Introducing Chubby’s Carolina BBQ Livermush Sandwich!

Crispy fried livermush piled with our slow-smoked pulled pork, topped with coleslaw and Carolina BBQ sauce, all on a toasted bun!

Some folks might call that a questionable combination… we call it a Southern masterpiece!

Now, we WON’T be serving breakfast Friday or Saturday, but don’t worry! The livermush isn’t getting the weekend off! We’ll still have our livermush available along with this special sandwich!

Happy Tuesday from Chubby’s BBQ!

We’ve been told money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy brisket, ribs, mac & cheese, and banana pudding.

And we ain’t never seen anybody crying while eating banana pudding.

CHUBBY’S SPECIAL OF THE WEEK — THE BBQ BURGER!

We figured a regular cheeseburger just wasn’t enough BBQ for us.

This week we’re bringing out a Brisket & Short Rib Burger loaded with:

Brisket & short rib beef patty
Cheddar Cheese
Crispy bacon
Golden fried onion ring
Sweet BBQ sauce

It’s a burger that might require extra napkins and a little forgiveness from your cardiologist.

SATURDAY AT CHUBBY’S BBQ!

We’ve officially reached the point where we don’t even ask what could go wrong anymore. We just unlock the doors and wait to find out.

But one thing we CAN promise… WE’RE FEEDING PEOPLE TOMORROW!

Breakfast 8–11 AM SHARP or SOLD OUT
At 11, the biscuits clock out and the brisket takes over. Our P.O.S. system doesn’t believe in second chances.

At this point, Chubby’s luck is officially a comedy special!

First, someone busts a natural gas line.

Then, the smoker malfunctions.

Now? They’re drilling holes in our parking lot.

We’re pretty sure this place is cursed!

But guess what? WE’RE STILL OPEN!

It’ll take more than bad luck to stop us!

CHUBBY’S BBQ FRIDAY UPDATE!

Tomorrow, we’ll be operating as a BREAKFAST & LUNCH ONLY restaurant!

Between being a little short-handed, several catering events on our schedule, and the fair and home football game in town, we’ve decided to make things a little easier on ourselves and our staff.

Those events typically slow down our Friday night business anyway, so this decision just made sense. It allows us to focus on putting out great food without stretching our crew too thin.

We’d rather do breakfast and lunch right than try to do everything and run ourselves ragged!

⏰ Friday’s Hours:
🍳 Breakfast: 7 AM – 11 AM
🐷 Lunch: 11 AM – 3 PM

We will be CLOSED for dinner Friday evening.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support! We’re a small, locally owned business, and sometimes making the smartest decision means knowing when to give your crew a break.

Come see us tomorrow, grab some breakfast or BBQ, and enjoy the fair and football game!

We’ve come to the conclusion that BBQ is a lot like marriage…

Some like it sweet, some like it spicy, some like it with a little extra fat, and some folks ain’t gonna be happy no matter what you do.

But one thing we can all agree on… nobody’s ever been mad about a full belly and a good plate of food.
