I have 3 packs of 2 dairy free Cocoa Quack rolls ready to go $8 per pack. (Sorry my mail carrier beat ya'll to the 5th, 😆 she smelled them fresh out of the oven.)

I tried peach today and while it is not 100% perfect yet, it is still really yummy. I will pursue a stronger peach flavor in the future. If you want to try I have a few 2 packs available for a discounted price of $5.

There is a lot of demand for more jalapeño cheddar so I will be making some today and tomorrow in addition to bringing extra to market Saturday so if you missed out, you can get it sooner.

I am also making more Cocoa Quack Rolls because they were amazing and sold out fast! I am working on some fruit versions as well so please vote for a fruit flavor! Currently I have heard strawberry, blueberry or apple cinnamon.

Tomorrow we will be launching our bagels for the first time! Coincidentally, these two ducks were named a year ago before the bakery was formed. But they are the CUTEST couple ever and we are excited to share their story and the bagels that represent them.

Fun fact, in the past 8 months alone we have rescued over 70 ducks! Each one has it's own story from owner surrendered or passing away to abandoned or dumped on the streets. They are all loved and spoiled here with many eating treats from my hand daily.

They contribute by laying all the eggs we get to use to bake these awesome gluten free goods for you.

I had a spontaneous moment of creativity. What would happen if cinnamon rolls and brownies did a collab? Well, I found out it turns into Cocoa Quack Rolls! 😍
These do contain dairy but ohhhhh soooo delicious!

My cinnamon roll dough, filled with some fudgy brownie batter with a hint of espresso, topped with butter cream icing and chocolate drizzle. They are rich and gooey with an amazing fudgy flavor.

I made a limited amount to try! Four packs of 2 available $8 each.

Ignore the fact I almost ate the whole tester before getting an interior photo, it was THAT GOOD! 😁

I am prepping for Kingman's Market In The Park this weekend now that I am feeling better. Is there anything specific you need for the 4th of July? Buns, cookies, holiday cakes? I will be launching my bagel line and have all my specialty loaves as well. Lots of samples so you can taste something new.

I am finally feeling better and back to baking! I will be working on orders this week and I am working on something exciting!!! True English muffins! Gluten and dairy free. I will be making a couple adjustments to gain those larger air pockets we love, but this first batch from a recipe I created is an excellent foundation. My children all approve. 😁
