With a full list of “Specialty Edibles,” I create custom cakes, tiered cakes, macarons, decorated sugar cookies, cupcakes, cakepops and chocolate covered strawberries to coordinate with your event. Simply put, I work for you, on your budget, to aid in personalization and details to coordinate with your special event. And through it all, you can be as much or as little involved in the process as yo

u want to be!

• Want to surprise your special someone with a box of delicious tuxedo strawberries? Me again! About Me: I’m Melissa! I live right outside of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and am a wife, mother of two, and woman of God. I have always loved to design, plan and create. I’ve had both formal and informal training in these areas through several years of personal experience in the catering business and food service industry. After graduating with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, I began practicing my full-time engineering skills. And although I love the engineering field and the sense of accomplishment it brings while solving challenging problems, I found myself still very much involved in any creative outlet I could find. Essentially, I am an engineer trapped in a creative brain! This allows me to plan and create in an efficient and logical manor with much attention to detail! I really look forward to understanding how we can create for your special event!
