Who’s ready for something smoky?

We’re firing up the smoker for the first BBQ run of the year!

On Friday, February 7, you can meet the pit master in the Old Payless parking lot and pick up a whole Boston Butt (8.5-10 lb pre-cooked weight, already pulled, plus his signature sweet heat barbecue sauce) for $45. Let us help take care of your Super Bowl party food!

Andrew has also brought back a very limited number of fan favorite: SMOKED BOLOGNA! They’re $25 per 5-lb (pre-cooked weight) roll, and they always go fast. We have ONLY FOUR rolls available, and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please place your orders no later than 3pm on Wednesday, February 5 to reserve a spot on the smoker. See y’all Friday!

These bodacious bakers come with a generous portion of Andrew’s phenomenal pulled pork, and all the fixin’s on the side. They’re $10 each (way less than you’d pay at a chain restaurant!).

This Saturday we will be set up at Gardendale Civic center by the outdoor stage serving food for the Musicality Spring concert. If you would like a whole pulled pork let us know I have 4 extra available that come with sweet heat bbq sauce for $40. Hope to see y’all there.

Due to several unfortunate illnesses, we were not able to do our traditional Boston Butt/BBQ Sandwich fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Alabama Sugar Plum Shoppe this year.

HOWEVER…

Andrew decided to earmark all proceeds from every BBQ event during the months of September, October, and November for this great cause. So please know, if you hired Smoke & Bones for any catering during that time frame, we sincerely THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. Your support helped us raise $2,000! That’s the good news.

The great news is that on the day after Thanksgiving, we gathered up our kids and our good friends from church (and their kids!) and had an absolute ball picking out and purchasing SEVEN carts full of Christmas gifts for some warrior patients at Children’s Hospital of Alabama.

Thank you again for your continued support. We are so grateful to be part of a little community with a great big servant’s heart. Your generosity never ceases to amaze us!

Come see Andrew and Hannah this Saturday, December 3 at Maker’s
Christmas Market! Our first-ever Christmas booth will be set up at Maker’s Coffee in Morris, and will feature…not BBQ!

We will be selling our delicious local honey, harvested from our property in Mount Olive. In addition to the original variety, we will also have Andrew’s ever-popular hot honey, infused with spicy home-grown peppers.

Andrew has also been working hard making flavored lip balms and assorted scented candles which incorporate beeswax from our hives.

Our all-natural, dye-free beeswax lip balms include organic African shea butter and organic coconut oil, and are blended with natural flavors. Flavors are orange, mint, and strawberry. At only $3 per tube, these would make great little stocking-stuffers!

Andrew’s hand-crafted candles are also dye-free, all-natural blends of beeswax, organic soy wax and essential oils. Scents are along the fall/holiday line, and are $15 each.
