Looks like Mother Nature has other plans this afternoon.

Because of the incoming storms, MeowMeow Sushi will now be serving from 5-7pm instead of 4-7.

We’ll still be open 4-9pm, so come ride out the weather with us and enjoy some sushi and beer once things clear up.

New beer alert! 🍺 Pistacia Delight is now on tap from Timber Tap Brewing.

This smooth and refreshing Cream Ale features subtle pistachio flavor, light malt sweetness, and a clean, creamy finish that's easy to drink and perfect for summer.

Aaron is behind the bar from 4–9pm tonight, so stop in, grab a pint, and be one of the first to give it a try.

Big upgrade at Timber Tap 👀🍻

Our new 3bbl fermenter officially made it into the brewery… and honestly, it was almost too big to fit through the door 😅

This is a pretty exciting step for us. Upgrading to a larger fermenter means we’ll be able to brew bigger batches of Timber Tap beer and keep more of your favorites on tap.

What a weekend 🍻

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate 3 years of Timber Tap with us this weekend.

When we opened 3 years ago, we never could’ve imagined the support this community would continue to show us year after year.

And this weekend felt especially special because for the first time ever, we officially have more Timber Tap beers on tap than guest beers.

Right now we have 16 of our own beers on tap - something we’re really proud of and a huge milestone for our brewery. Thank you to our brewer, Aaron, for all of his hard work.

And thank YOU for supporting local beer, local music, local food, and this little brewery we built here in Kimberly. We’re excited for what’s ahead!
