We Will Be Open Easter Sunday, Regular Hours from 7am to 2pm. For those that can’t come out because you are busy cooking your Big Easter Meal, please remember we still have our popular Breakfast Trays available for 2-6 people that include Pancakes, French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Sausage. Good morning to our wonderful customers. Just a quick update for today’s hours in regards to the storm. We are here and getting ready to open at our regular time of 7am. Now how long we will be able to remain open will depend on the weather and how fast the snow starts to accumulate as we have to think about our staff and customers getting safely home.

Just want to say a quick Thank You to HK News for their kind words. But me and my brother here at The Copper Skillet are getting way too much credit. This was all made possible by Rich Filosi, a Killingworth resident, who came to us with the idea and the first donation. We are just doing our small part and never intended to become this big public news. But in a small town such as Killingworth, these things tend to spread quickly. So again Thank You for the kind words but please know that none of this would have ever began if it wasn’t for One very kind Killingworth Resident and then for all those other customers and Killingworth residents that soon followed with more donations. It’s incredible and heart warming to watch a town come together for a good cause.
Also please note that funds are still available for anyone going through some hard times and is looking for a meal. Please feel free to call us here at The Copper Skillet and ask about the availability and come pick yourself up a nice hot meal.

The Copper Skillet would like to Thank Richard Filosi for his kindness and generosity. Richard came by the Restaurant and told us that he would like to Donate $100, for any future customers that may need some help in paying for their meal in lieu of the Government Shutdowns and the possibility of the elimination of certain Social Services. Richard started this kind act back when COVID hit and many others joined him and we were able to feed many people in need of a meal during those difficult times. We here at The Copper Skillet will be honored to match Rich’s kind act and put a total of $200 a side for anyone that may need this help. So if anyone is looking for this assistance please feel free to call The Copper Skillet and ask if these funds are still available and if they are, feel free to order a meal and of course this will all stay anonymous. We will be happy to serve anyone deserving for as long as the funds are available.
