Did you miss this past week? Meal Prep Sunday Recap! New menu coming out tomorrow!

🥔 Stuffed Sweet Potato – Grilled flank steak with sautéed peppers, onions, and avocado crema over a baked sweet potato.

🍝 Ground Turkey Spaghetti – Lean turkey, veggie pasta, hearty red sauce, with fresh broccoli on the side.

🧇 Almond Flour Waffles – Protein-packed waffles with vanilla cream drizzle, topped with fresh berries.

Had a few collegiate athletes order this week nutrition is key for performance and recovery. If your athlete is home for summer or prepping for the next level, I’ve got meals ready to fuel their grind.

Senior year has kept us super busy over the last few weeks with our son having prom, signing day and lastly graduation!

We are able to get into our normal groove and go back to our normal workload so orders will not be as limited!

Our website will have the new menu updated this evening and you will have until Friday at midnight to place your orders!

Hey everyone as we finished up our prep last night we over prepped and we have 2 packages that are available for sale.

Package 1 is a 10 Meal Bundle and includes the following.

3 Denver Scrambles
2 Pancake Breamfast
3 Chicken Pasta Bowl
2 BBQ chicken W/Sweet Potato Mash

Package 2 is as follows

2 pancakes
2 scramble
2 Taco Bow|
2 meatball mash
1 BBQ Chicken W/Sweet Potato Mash
1 Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

Both of these packages are available for immediate pick up or scheduled delivery! This is a FCFS basis!
