We’re planning to roll long and strong today, but y’all know how it goes—when it’s gone, it’s gone! So don’t wait until the last minute and then get mad at us when you see that SOLD OUT sign. 😂

And don’t forget, crawfish season is winding down. There are only so many weekends left before we have to say goodbye until next year. Make every pound count!

As summertime approaches, the opportunities for our food truck are coming in hot!!!
From private caterings, ComiCons, conferences, Greek picnics, music festivals, and soul food events… the opportunities just keep rolling in, and we are beyond grateful.

Because of that, we decided the best way to keep everybody updated is by posting a monthly calendar so y’all can always keep up with the truck’s whereabouts! Don’t worry, we will still post individual flyers for every public event so you can pull up and support us wherever we are.

On the days marked in green, you can catch us right here at home @ the 3801 E. Stan Schlueter Loop location.

We are ALSO still accepting personal catering bookings outside of our normal food truck hours. As long as we’re in town, we’ll do our best to make it happen! Just send us a message with any catering inquiries, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

The goal has always been bigger than just one city… the goal is expansion. And while our days in Killeen may eventually become more limited, please know this city built us, supported us, and showed us love first. Because of that, we’ll be extending our hours on select days this summer so we can serve as many of y’all as possible before hitting the road.
